Frequently Asked Questions about the Exeter Area Holiday House Tour

1. Is there a specific order I need to use to visit the houses?

No! In fact, we encourage people to start at different spots along the route, in order to spread the flow of visitors.  Please choose any house to start your tour.

2. Can I buy tickets the day of the event?

No, this year we are selling all our tickets online, and there will not be day-of ticket sales.  If you purchase your tickets early, you will be able to get them at a discount. Ticket pick-up will be on the day of the tour only, from 10am-3pm at the Folsom Tavern (located next to the American Independence Museum)

3. Are designers paid to do this work?

No, all the designers and home owners are donating their homes and their talents – 100% of the proceeds from the Holiday House Tour go to benefit Womenade of Greater Squamscott.

4. Why no goody bag this year?

In an effort to be environmentally greener and economically leaner, we are forgoing goody bags this year. Don't worry, your ticket/map booklet will contain loads of great coupons to be used in local shops and restaurants.

5. Is the tour wheelchair accessible?

There is little or no wheelchair accessibility available. Please be advised that guests with mobility issues should use extreme caution.
